THE UNDERLYING CAUSES FOR SOCIAL TURMOIL WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

INTRODUCTION:

As long as the United States had a homogeneous population that consisted of the same northern European heritage, and relatively equal intelligence among the white ethnic Europeans, we could rally around a common theme, a common purpose. Yet today, we are a nation of fractions, where the parts have become more important than the whole. In order that we may understand better, we must remove ourselves, at least partially from the present and place ourselves into the past. We must remove the decades of forced propaganda to a time of original meaning, of original thought, to the genius that realized the requirements of making a nation. This text will attempt to educate the reader in an approach similar to solving a picture puzzle.

I have extracted quotations from the brightest in our world yesterday and today. The form of government we live under will be analyzed in summary, as will each of the major different groups of people living in this pluralistic, multi-cultured, multi-racial geographic land mass. After conclusion, much of the puzzle will still be missing, however, hopefully there will be enough of the picture showing to give the reader a reasonable idea of the problems underlying the current and upcoming social upheaval in America. I hope it will shed adequate light for the reader where none existed before. It certainly was a learning experience for me, read perhaps 1,000 books on race, past civilizations and Christianity.              Kent Crutcher, CPA, MBA, 1989

CHAPTER 4

LATIN AMERICA AND THEIR IMMIGRATION INTO THE UNITED STATES, THE LATINO- MESTIZO

EARLY CONTACT WITH OUTER WORLD

The Man-God, Quetzalcoatl, of Mexico/Central America, was believed to have taught the natives arts of government and metal working. Prior to that enlightenment the civilization had achieved the Stone Age. Quetzalcoatl was described as a white skinned man with a white beard, unheard of among the copper skinned natives. The legend was that Quetzalcoatl sailed off into the east promising to return someday. 500-750 years later when the Spanish came into Mexico and Central America, the natives thought it was Quetzalcoatl returning as their legend stated. They offered little resistance. A similar legend existed in Peru and the Polynesian Islands.

On the pre-Cortez America John Baker (Race) states, "there was one particular feature of Middle America culture that seems decisive, for it makes it almost impossible to regard these people, as civilized. It was their custom to make war with the sole purpose of obtaining prisoners, who were kept in cages until required and then killed at special ceremonies by a cruel method involving the slitting open of the living body and the tearing out of the still-pulsating heart. Special festivals were held during every twenty-day cycle of the year, and prisoners were slaughtered in this way at most of these. At one festival each year, babies were killed instead" (Bancroft Vol2 Cpt9, The Native Races of the Pacific States of North America). "Spanish conquistadors counted thousands of victims skulls placed on a special rack at the capital city, and helplessly they saw the gruesome process enacted on their fellows who had been taken prisoner."

"The slaughter was not all. During the long period of the Aztec domination, the custom of eating flesh of sacrificed persons became almost universal. It has been claimed from time to time that the Maya practiced ritual slaughter and cannibalism less frequently than the people of the other nations of Middle America; but it was in fact that some of the few Mayan hieroglyphs that can be deciphered so as to give information in narrative form are descriptions of the preliminaries leading up to slaughter and the process of incision preparatory to the tearing out of the heart. The slaughter and eating of prisoners was intended to propitiate the gods, and for this reason the suggestion has been made that the eating "was not cannibalism in the general meaning of the word." It is evident, however, that the hands and feet of the victims for the high priest and supreme lord, as "the most delicate morsels"; and at one of the cyclical feasts, merchants were accustomed to invite friends to "partake of the human flesh and other choice viands." As to the "general meaning" of the word, cannibalism is defined in the Oxford New English dictionary as "the practice of eating the flesh of one's fellow creatures"; and in the America Century dictionary as "the eating of human flesh by human beings.""

H.G. WELLS

H.G. Wells' (the well-known fiction writer - Time Machine and more) 1200 page "The Outline of the History of the World" published in 1920 is an interesting work. It is a popular book, even today, and has been read by millions. A few quotations are stated below.

Many Maya inscriptions resemble a certain sort of elaborate drawing made by lunatics in European asylums more than they do any other old-world production. It is as if the Maya mind had developed along a different line from that followed by the old-world mind, had acquired a different twist to its ideas, was not, indeed, by old-world standards a strictly rational mind at all. The population of Mexico to this day is largely of native blood, but Spanish has replaced the native languages, and such culture as exists is Catholic and Spanish.

LOTHROP STODDARD

   Lothrop Stoddard within a portion of his "The Rising Tide of Color" published in 1920, discusses the 3 year old Russian Revolution.

Dr. Stoddard (1920) speaks of the "Red Man's Land". This is the America's between the Rio Grande and the Tropic of Capricorn. He calls this the Amerindian race. "At the time of Columbus, the whole western hemisphere was theirs. As he states, the area called Latin America, is not racially "Latin", but Amerindian or Negroid, with a thin Spanish or Portuguese veneer. Throughout "Latin" America the change of the watch has been, with a few exceptions, stereotyped within the media a hundred times. Of course, as yet, the United States has not fallen victim to this curse, at least, the final chapter has not occurred......yet.

Historically, the story is sad indeed.  First, the conquistadores, with a few hundred men conquered hundreds of thousands with ease. These Spanish enslave the natives and through starvation, mass murder, overwork and disease, millions die off. In the process, all native culture is wiped out.   In its place is inserted Christianity and the Spanish way of life.   For centuries, the Spanish rule with a handful of men.   Unlike the United States, many of the Spanish men do not bring wives, but mate with the natives. Most of these are the lowly motivated, lowly intelligence soldiers sent from the homeland. Of those that do bring wives, and have children native to Latin America, still a second class citizen exists.   That is to say, only Spain born Spaniards rule in the new world.   So with "Equality" revolts in the United States and France, these thinly settled Spanish territories are also the grounds for this new way of thinking.   The native born Spanish (Creoles) revolt and remove themselves from the "White rule".   What is left is a nation, ruled by native born peoples.   In the case of Mexico, this was in the early 1800's, when Texas was still a territory of Mexico. And as in Mexico's past, Texas broke from the tyranical rule of the Mexicans in 1836.

After a time, these "near" white rulers lose ground to the darker mestizo's, the mixed breed of spanish and indian.   Stoddard states "It is a striking token of white prestige that these near whites, despite their degeneracy and inefficiency, are yet the dominate element; occupying in fact much the same status as the aristrocratic Creoles immediately after the War of Independence.   Nevertheless, the near-white supremacy is now threatened.   Every decade of chronic anarchy favors the darker breeds, while below these, in turn, the Indian and negro full bloods are beginning to stir." [Compilers note: In Mexico, in 1810, 30% of the population was mixed (Spanish, Indian, & Negro), 60% was Indian, and 10% was pure Caucasion- kc). However, by 1910 the government stopped keeping records by race and today about 5% pure Indian still exists, and the remaider is mestizo (mostly Indian with perhaps 1/3 to 1/4 Caucasion genes).   At each stage of the revolutions, the oppressed (non-white) rose to take control of the government.   It is as if once the mestizo gains a hold, there exists a never ending cycle of revolution.   With few exceptions, every Latin American country has followed this continuous path of pain and destruction.   It truly is a human tragedy that has now taken hold of the United States.   Today, as never before, we stare down the same path as the "Latin" countries.]   Stoddard states "Now all was a hideous chaos wherein frezied castes and colors grappled to the death. Ignorant mestizos and brutal negroes trampled the fine flowers of culture under foot, while as by a malignant inverse selection the most intelligent and the most cultivated perished."

   Most informed observers agree that the mixed bloods of Latin America are distinctly inferior to the whites. T his applies to both mestizos and mulattoes, albeit the mestizo seems less inferior to the mulatto.  As for the zambo, the Indian/Negro cross, everybody is agreed that it is a very bad one. Analysis of these hybrid stocks show remarkable similarities to the mongrel chaos of the declining Roman Empire.  Here is the judgment of Garcia-Calderon, a Peruvian scholar and generally considered the most authoritative writer on Latin America.  "The racial question, is a very serious problem in American history.  It explains the very progress of certain peoples and the decadence of others, and it is the key to the incurable disorder which divides America.  Upon it depend a great number of secondary phenomena; the public wealth, the industrial system, the stability of governments, the solidity of patriotism....  This complication of castes, this admixture of diverse bloods, has created many problems.   For example, is the formation of a national consciousness possible with such disparate elements?   Would such heterogeneous democracies be able to resist the invasion of superior races? Finally, is the South American half-caste absolutely incapable of organization and culture?   In the Iberian democracies, and inferior Latinity, a Latinity of the decadence, prevails; verbal abundance, inflated rhetoric, oratorical exaggeration, just as in Roman Spain.....The half-caste loves grace, verbal elegance, quibbles even, and artistic form; great passions and desires do not move him.   No one could discover in him a trace of his Spanish forefather, stoical and adventurous.   The mixture of rival castes Iberians, Indians, and Negroes, has generally had disastrous consequences.   The lower classes struggle successfully against the traditional rules: the order which formerly existed is followed by moral anarchy; solid conviction by a superficial scepticism; and the Castiliam tenacity by indecision.   The continent is returning to its primitive barbarism," so concludes Garcia-Calderon."

   A professor Ross, a Bolivian states "the zambo is inferior to both white and Indian in physical strength, resistance to disease, longevity, and brains.  The failure of the South American republics has been due to mestizo domination."   A professor Agassiz writes "Let anyone who doubts the evil of this mixture of races, and is inclined from mistaken philanthropy to break down all barriers between them, come to Brazil.

   He cannot deny the deterioration consequent upon the amalgamation of races, more widespread here than in any country in the world, and which is rapidly effacing the best qualities of the white man, the negro, and the Indian, leaving a mongrel, nondescript type, deficient in physical and mental energy."   Stoddard states "These unhappy beings, every cell of whose bodies is a battle-ground of jarring heredities, express their souls in acts of hectic violence and aimless instability.  The normal state of tropical America is anarchy, restrained only by domestic tyrants of foriegn masters."   Garcia-Calderon states "The Americans of these territories devote their energies to local politics. Industry, commerce, and agriculture are in a state of decay, and the unruly imagination of the Creole expends itself in constitutions, programmes, and lyrical discourses; in these regions anarchy is sovereign mistress.

   The tropical republics display indeed, a tendency toward atomic disentegration....given to dreaming, they are led by presidents suffering from neurosis."   "The stock feature of the mongrel tropics is, of course, the "revolution".   These senseless and perennial outbursts are often ridiculed in the U.S. as comic opera, but the grim truth of the matter is that few Latin America revolutions are laughing matters.  The battles are real enough.  The commandeerings, burnings, rapings, and assassinations inflicted upon the hapless civilian population cry to heaven.  There is always wholesale destruction of property, frequently appalling loss of life, and a general paralysis of economic and social activity.  These wretched lands have now been scourged by the revolutionary plague for a hundred years, and W.B. Hale does not overstate the consequences when he says: "Most of the countries clustering about the Caribbean have sunk into deeper and deeper mires of misrule, unmmatched for profligacy and violence anywhere on earth.

Revolution follows revolution; one band of brigands succeeds another; atrocities revenge atrocities; the plundered people grow more and more abject in poverty and slavishness."   Another important point should be noted.   I have said that Latin America anarachy was restrained by dictatorship.   But the reader must not infer that dictatorships are good times-for the dictated.   On the contrary, they are usually only a trifle less wretched and demoralizing than times of revolution.   The "caudillos" are nearly always very sinister figures.   Often they are ignorant brutes; oftener they are bloodthirsty lecherous monsters; oftenest they are human spiders who suck the land dry of all fluid wealth, banking it abroad against the day when they shall fly before the revolutionary blast to the safe haven."   "The whites have lost their grip and are rapidly disappearing. The mixed-breeds have had their chance and have grotesquely failed.  Theoft-quoted panacea-white immigration is under present conditions a vain dream, for white immigrants will not expose themselves (and still less their women) to the horrors of mongrel rule.   So far, then, as internal factors are concerned, anarachy seems destined to continue unchecked."

   Stoddard has thoughts on the native Indian populations.   He states "The truth about the Indian seems to be substantially this: Left alone, he would probably have continued to progress, albeit much more slowly than either white or Asiatic peoples.   But the Indian was not left alone.   On the contrary, he was suddenly felled by brutal and fanatical conquerors, who uprooted his native culture and plunged him into abject servitude.  The Indian's spiritual past was shorn away and his evolution was perverted.  Prevented from developing along his own lines, and constitutionally incapable of adapting himself to the ways of his Spanish conquerors, the Indian vegetated, learning nothing and forgetting much that he knew.  Now on the whole, the white or mestizo crossing seems hurtful to the Indian, for what he gains in intelligence he more than loses in character.  But the mestizo crossing is not the worst. There is another, much graver, racial danger.  The hot coastlands swarm with negroes, and the zambo or negro-Indian is universally adjudged the worst of mating."

A world close packed as never before will not tolerate countries that are a torment to themselves and a dangerous nuisance to their neighbors. Thus it is practically certain that mongrel America will presently pass under foriegn tutelage.   Exactly how, is not yet clear.   One bond of union is dislike of the gringo, which often rises to fanatical hatred. O ur war against Mexico in 1847 has never been forgotten, and many Mexicans cherish hopes of revenge and even aspire to recover the territories then ceded to us." Stoddard then mentions the "Plan of San Diego." During WWI, "the conspirators plotted to rouse the Mexican population of our southern border, sow disaffection among our Southern negroes, and explode the mine at psychological moment by means of a "Reconquering Equitable Army" including Texas. Our whole southwest was to be rejoined to Mexico, while our Southern States were to form a black republic. The projected was conceived strictly in terms of race, the reconquering equitable army to be composed of "Latins", negroes, and Japanese.   The racial results were to be decisive, for the entire white population of both our South and Southwest was to be pitilessly massacred. The plot completely miscarried, and sporadic attempts to invade Texas during 1915 were easily repulsed. Nevertheless, this incident reveals the trend of many Mexican minds.   The framers of the Plan of San Diego were not ignorant peons, but persons of some standing."

The Indian is patently unable to construct a progressive civilization. As for the negro, he has proved as incapable in the New World as in the Old.   Everywhere his presence has spelled regression, and his one New World field of triumph-Haiti has resulted in an abysmal plunge to the jungle level of Guinea and the Congo.   Thus is created a political vacuum.   And this vacuum unerring nature makes ready to fill. The Latin American situation is, indeed akin to that of Africa. Latin America, like Africa, cannot stand alone. An inexorable dilemma impends: white or yellow. White victory in Latin America is sure if discord does not rob the white world of its strength. In Latin America, as in Africa, therefore, the whites must stand fast-and stand together."

   In speaking of the increased low-quality peoples compared to the lower producing, more intelligent peoples, Stoddard states, "A generation ago relatively few persons realized that low-standard men would drive out high-standard men as inevitable as bad money drives out good, no matter what the results to society and the future of mankind.   This was but the 19th century optimism, based upon ignorance and destined to be so swiftly and tragically disillusioned .   The vices of our age have been portrayed by a thousand censorious pens, and there is no need to recapitulate them.  They can be mostly summed up by the word "Materialism".  That absorption in material questions and neglect of idealistic values which characterized the 19th century has been variously accounted for.   As we approach the higher forms of life reproduction gradually dies down.   The animals nearest to man produce few offspring, but they surround them with parental care, until they are able to lead independent lives with a fair chance of surviving.  The whole process may be regarded as a mechanism for slowly subordinating quantity to quality, and so promoting the evolution of life to ever higher stages.  The trouble was that this diminishing human output was of less and less biological value.  Whenever one looked in the white world, it was precisely those peoples of highest genetic worth whose birth rate fell off most sharply, while within the ranks of the several peoples it was those social classes containing the highest proportion of able strains which were contributing the smallest quotas to the population.  Everywhere the better types (on which the future of the race depends) were numerically stationary or dwindling, while conversely, the lower types were gaining ground, their birth rate showing relatively slight diminution.

   This "disgenic" trend, so ominous for the future of the race, is a melancholy commonplace of our time, and many efforts have been made to measure its progress in economic or social terms.  One of the most striking and easily measured examples, however, is furnished by the category of race.  The racial displacements induced by a changed economic or social environment are, indeed almost incalculable.  Contrary to the popular belief, nothing is more unstable than the ethnic make-up of a people.  Above all, there is no more absurd fallacy than the shibboleth of the "Melting Pot". As a matter of fact, the melting pot may mix but does not melt.   Each race-type formed ages ago, and "set" by millenniums of isolation and inbreeding, is a stubbornly persistent entity. Each type possesses a special set of characters visible to the naked eye, but moral, intellectual, and spiritual characters as well.   All these characters are transmitted substantially unchanged from generation to generation. To be sure, where members of the same race-stock intermarry, there seems to be genuine amalgamation. In most other cases, however, the result is not a blend but a mechanical mixture. Where the parent stocks are very diverse, as in matings between whites, negroes, and Amerindians, the offspring is a mongrel, a walking choas, consumed by his jarring heredities."   Madison Grant states "The lesson is always the same, namely, that race is everything.   Without race there can be nothing except the slave wearing his masters clothes, stealing his master's proud name, adopting his master's tongue, and living in the crumbling ruins of his masters palace."   Stoddard states "Should white men ever really lose their instinct of race-solidarity, they would asphyxiate racially as swiftly and surely as they would asphyxiate physically if the atmospheric oxygen should suddenly be withdrawn." He speaks of the "Great War" (WWI). "The dysgenic effect of the Great War is simply appalling. This was nothing short of a headlong plunge into white race-suicide. It was essentially a civil war beween closely related white stocks; a war wherein every physical and mental effective was gathered up and hurled into a hell of lethal machinery which killed out unerringly the youngest, the bravest, and the best.   The undersized, the undermuscled, the underbrained, the men twisted by hereditary deformity or devitalized by hereditary disease-they remain at home to propagate the breed. The rest-all the rest-go out to take chances. The Great War has thus unquestionably left Europe much poorer in Nordic blood, while conversely it has relatively favored the Mediterraneans."   Madison Grant says: "  As in all wars since Roman times, from the breeding point of view, little dark man is the final winner."

Here is the truth of the matter: The whole world today stands at the crossroads of life and death.   It stands where Greek world stood at the close of the Peloponnesian War.   A fever has racked the white frame and undermined its constitution.   The unsound therapeutics of its diplomatic practitioners retard convalescence and endanger real recovery.   Worst of all, the instinct of race-solidarity has partially astrophied. Decisions-firm decisions must be made.   Constructive measures-drastic measures must be taken.   Above all: time presses, and drift is fatal.   The tide ebbs.   The swimmer must put forth strong strokes to reach the shore, else swift oblivion in the dark ocean.   Stoddard continues "The instinctive comity of the white peoples is, as I have already said, perhaps the greatest constant of history.   It is the psychological basis of white civilization.   Cohesive instinct is as vital to race as gravitation is to matter.   Without them, atomic disintegration would alike result.   During the 19th century, the sentiment of white solidarity was strong.   The great explorers and empire-builders who spread white ascendancy to the ends of the earth felt that they were the apostles of their race and civilization as well as of a particular country."   Stoddard then speaks of the "Pan-Germanism" which he considers a danger and an absurdity.    (Remember, this was before Hitler's rise. He considers this to precipitate Armageddon, with all its disastrous consequences, that could (it did) deal its first shrewd blow to the white solidarity. He considered this to be a reckless and short-sightedness of white men themselves. This action (WWII), he considered "will break the thin crust of civilization which has been built up since the Dark Ages - kc)."

TEDDY ROOSEVELT

"Anyone who has ever been on the frontier, and who knows anything whatever of the domineering, masterful spirit and bitter race prejudices of the white frontiersmen, will acknowledge at once that it was out of the question that the Texans should long continue under Mexican rule; and it would have been a great misfortune if they had. It was out of the question to expect them to submit to the mastery of the weaker race, which they were supplanting.

Roosevelt also strongly admired the fierce Norseman or Viking. He thought there was a "Texas Race" in that he compared the Texas adventure to the conquests of the "Norse sea-rovers".   "Restless, brave and eager for adventure, excitement and plunder; they were warlike, resolute and enterprising; they had all the marks of a young and hardy race, flushed with the pride of strength and self-confidence." The taking of Texas from a race completely alien "in blood, language, religion and habits of life" was to be expected from this "domineering masterful spirit and bitter race-prejudices" of the white frontiersman.

"It was out of the question to submit to the mastery of the weaker race." In the conquest, "the real reasons were to be found in the deeply marked difference of race and in the absolute unfitness of the Mexicans then to govern themselves."   The white Texans "possessed that inestimable quality, so characteristic of their race, hard-headed common sense." However concerning the Latins, "they were treacherous, fond of the knife, less ready with their hands, and likely to lose either their wits or their courage when in a tight place."

The American Indian, Roosevelt states,   "An upper class Cherokee is nowadays as good as a white.   The Nez Perces differ from the Apaches as much as a Scotch laird does from a Calabrian bandit.   A Cheyenne warrior is one of the most redoubtable foes in the whole world; a "digger" snake one of the most dispicable.   The Pueblo is as thrifty, industrious, and peaceful as any European peasant, and no Arab of the Soudan is a lazier, wilder robber than is the Arapahoe."   And some tribes teach their children the art of inflicting pain so that upon maturity they would "find their keenest pleasure in inflicting pain in its most appalling form."

Roosevelt deplored "hyphenation", which perpetuated diversity which obstructed assimilation and the fostering of national loyalities.   "There can be no divided allegiance here.   Any man who says he is an American but something else also, isn't an American at all.   We have room but for one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization just as much as it excludes any foreign of a nation to which we are hostile.   We have room for but one language here and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as American, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boardinghouse; and we have room but one soul loyality, and that loyality is the the American people."   Of those that did not qualify (per Roosevelt) were, blacks, some European whites, Asians, and Latin Americans. Employers who ignored race as a factor were "incapable of thinking of the future of their children." He believed that Hawaii should be filled with whites.

ADOLPH HITLER

Just as little as Nature desires a mating between weaker individuals and stronger ones, for less she desires the mixing of a higher race with a lower one, as in this case her entire work of higher breeding, which has perhaps taken hundreds of thousands of years, would tumble at one blow.

Historical experience offers countless proofs of this. It shows with terrible clarity that with any mixing of the blood of the Aryan with lower races the result was the end of the culture-bearer. North America, the population of which consists for the greatest part of Germanic elements - which mix only very little with the lower, colored races - displays a humanity and a culture different from those of Central America, where chiefly the Romanic immigrants have sometimes mixed with the aborigines on a large scale. By this example alone one may clearly and distinctly recognize the influence of the race mixture. The Germanic of the North America continent, who has remained pure and less intermixed, has become the master of that continent, he will remain so until he, too, falls victim to the shame of blood-mixing.

To bring about such a development means nothing less than sinning against the will of the Eternal Creator.

THOR HEYERDAHL

In Kon-Tiki, Heyerdahl writes "...There is not a trace of gradual development in the high civilization which once stretched from Mexico to Peru.    Most of the Latin American countries are non-white because their genealogy is predominately Indian (Mongolian race).   A mestizo is the term used in countries south of America to designate a person of mixed Spanish and Indian genes.   Because they are predominately non-white, yet not totally Indian, the mestizo term is utilized.   Already, there is no place in America that does not see the effects of overpopulation within Latin America.   With a population of 500 million, that doubles every 22 years, we have a very serious problem.   As with the Negro, before the affirmative action quotas in government, business, and education, the mestizo race was on the verge of revolution and civil upheaval against Western man.   The politics of the 70's, 80's and 90's just served to delay this movement.   As the Amrican population becomes more non-white, the political resurgance of past "inequalities" will again rise.   With it, will come a continued and continuous rise in racial conflict. Perhaps the best way to analyze this projection is to review past/present mestizo ideologies.   There is the political propaganda belief that the mestizo is legally entitled to the land of the southwestern United States.   The mestizo calls this land Aztlan, the ancestral home.

   The mestizo will continue to assert his right to these lands and the lands of the Spanish that were stolen via the Texas/Mexican War of 1836 and the Mexican-American War of 1845.   These Wars took 7 southwestern states from the mestizo and his propaganda will focus on this selling point. A mestizo calls it home because of his predominate Indian genealogy, his minority Spanish genealogy that sparcely settled (Texas had about 3000 spanish surnames and about 40,000 Whites in 1836) the southwest before the arrival of the white and also because he thinks the land was stolen from Mexico in the Mexican/American War 1845.   After the War, the United States bought much of the Southwestern U.S. for $15 million, an amount equal to the Louisianna purchase, and about the same land mass.

   The mestizo sees himself as a different animal.   He is predominately Indian, then Spanish, then a touch of Negro.   But his culture is Spanish with the ancestral flavoring of the Indian tribes of old.   He is proud of his mixed blood, as it had become national pride to be a mestizo in Mexico.   Undoubtedly, the racial conflict of Mexico was solved by promoting a mixture into one, a race composed of all races.   On October the 12th of each year, mestizos celebrate "the day of the people".   This event is to "rejoice together in the creation of a new identity, the blending of Indian, Spanish, Negro, and Mexican bloods into a bronze people."   However, what is left unsaid is that the native Indian population of Central America and Mexico belongs to the lowest class within the society.   Apparently the non-mestizo does not have a place in managing the government, nor a place in the structure of society.   The mesitzo even can see himself as the final product of mankind.   After all brotherhoods become one, and the world is one with nature and itself, what man appears is a shade of brown, all peoples, one color. He refuses to break the ancestral ties with the old homeland.   Unlike the past European immigrants, the mestizo can still make periodic pilgrimages to the old country and re-affirm historic and cultural ties.   With travel relatively easy to the mestizo origins, the non-integration into the American ways are drastically reduced.   Mestizo gangs are sighted as the essence of nationality, the natural formation of youth groping for identity.   On the subject of education, the mestizo believes himself to be the victim of the gringo mentality of oppression.   They fail in school because the teachers and the administration don't speak Spanish.  The impediment Chicano students face is the gringo, not their mother tongue.

However on the positive side, Abelardo Delgado, a 39 year old poet (in 1969) wrote the acclaimed mestizo poem "stupid america" (written in all small letters) - stupid america, see that chicano with a big knife on his steady hand he doesn't want to knife you he wants to sit on a bench and carve christfigures but you won't let him. stupid america, hear that chicano shouting curses on the street he is a poet without paper and pencil and since he cannot write he will explode. stupid america, remember that chicanito flunking math and english he is a picasso of your western states but he will die with one thousand masterpieces hanging only from his mind.

On the subject of mestizo culture, in 1969, a Superior Court Judge, sitting on court in Santa Clara County Juvenile Court made the following statement about a 17 year old mestizo charged with incest.   "Mexican people, after 13 years of age, it is perfectly all right to go out and act like an animal.   We ought to send you out of the country, send you back to Mexico.   You belong in prison for the rest of your life for doing things of this kind.  You are lower than animals and haven't the right to live in organized society, just miserable, lousy, rotten people. Maybe Hitler was right.  The animals in our society probably ought to be destroyed because they have no right to live among human beings."

     In a recent newspaper article, the Mexico worker/citizen is compared to the Taiwanize and South Korean. The article states that the latter two peoples used "reverse engineering", taking a machine apart and learning to put it back together, to discover trade secrets and therefore further economic prosperity.   Yet in Mexico, they would not know how to do it because they "do not have the training."   However a Mexican spokesman disagreed and stated that the mexican education was good.   The Mexico minimal education requirement is 6th grade, but actual achievement is the 4th grade.

    Utilizing figures from the National Science foundation, with figures adjusted for population differences, the following compares U.S. educated PH.D's from Eastern Asia and from Mexico. There are 11 times as many Koreans as Mexicans getting engineering PHD's between 1960 and 1988. There were 6 times as many getting PHD's in science.  For every one Mexican getting a PHD in engineering there are 45 students from Taiwan.

    On the subject of the Spanish language, PBS, the "public" TV station, has issued a $408,000 grant to teach K-2nd grade children the Spanish language across the U.S. And on a related subject, public school students in San Diego, CA, are required to take Spanish as part of their daily classroom coursework for grades K-12. This is not elective, but required.  Fifty four million pass through the Tiajuana border gates each year.   The San Diego police currently has a policy not to arrest any illegal aliens.   Think about it: A police officer knowing that a crime has been committed, can't do anything about it if an illegal alien (who remember is here illegally) is involved.  The city is paranoid about all this because of cries of racism.  There are also Congressional movements to register voters by auto-registration.  There are also movements to let illegals vote, as if the preceding would not let that happen.   Hospitals are overloaded, primarily due to free treatment of massive illegals all over the country.   Illegals cross the border and enter the hospital because the children become automatic American "citizens."   Third world countries are popping up all over the U.S., Southern California, South Texas, and most of the inner cities are quickly turning third world appearance and mentality.

   In 1989, a hurricane hit the Caribbean. The end result was looting, plundering, and threatening of life as the natives emptied white stores with guns and knives.   In a crisis, a complete break with law and order occurred among the non-white populations. In Texas, LULAC almost obtained control of the Alamo. The media glorify the mestizo challenge.   In Houston, as with other major cities, the evolving majority is slowing gaining controlling political power.  In one section of southwest Houston, a dramatic change has ocurred within the past 10 years.  A decade ago, an elementary school was 75% white, with 14% of the total population on a free lunch program.   Today, 72% were mestizo and 99% were on the free lunch program.  The mestizo population "leaders" are scrammbling to plug the mestizo into the government services programs.  The area has gone from white middle class to 50,000 mestizos per square mile in one decade!

   The recent population history of mestizos in the U.S. is as follows:  1940-1.6 million; 1950-2.3 million; 1960-3.8 million; 1970-9.2 million; 1980-15 million; and 1990-25 million.   As with the most populations of the countries south of America, the population doubles every 22 years. Today, combined Latin American population is estimated to be 550 million people.   The U.S. is 250 million. By 2010 the Latin American population will be over 1 billion. As with Africa, there is one predominate problem with the rising Latin population though, these economies will not be able to feed the populations.

Today, Mexico (90 million population) must create 1 million jobs a year in the 1990's just to hold the line on their 40% unemployment rate.   In other words, Mexico must create half the jobs the U.S. does a year, but our economy is 20 times as large.   Latin America, with an economy one-fifth that of the economy of the United States, will have to create 4 million jobs a year, twice the U.S. average in the 1970's, just to maintain current unemployment rates of 40%.  Within 20 years, with open borders, the White population of the United States will be a minority in the country that it founded 400 years ago.
